based in both Henfield and Hove.
 
She offers (females only) a range of nurturing therapies designed to promote balance and well-being.
Specialising in deeply relaxing massage, facials, and Reiki healing energy, Rosie provides personalised treatments that support both the body and mind. 
 
She uses only natural and organic ingredients from Neal’s Yard Remedies, ensuring that every treatment is kind to both your skin and the environment. Each treatment will be tailored bespoke to your individual needs, allowing you to combine different therapies, different massage techniques, facials,

With a rich background of travelling extensively around Latin America as a Tour Leader, Rosie brings a worldly and grounded perspective to her practice. She is also a mum of two young children, balancing her nurturing approach to both her family and her clients.
