Founded by Kayti Brooks-Dyson, Grey Door Therapy Clinic is the result of 28 years of dedication to beauty and wellbeing. What started as a personal vision has grown into a trusted local destination serving clients across Hove, Brighton, Portslade, Shoreham-by-Sea, Southwick, Rottingdean, and beyond.

Kayti’s mission was clear: create a space where professional excellence and emotional safety go hand in hand. That vision continues to thrive through every appointment, every practitioner, and every client relationship we nurture.

Meet Kayti Brooks-Dyson

Founder | Advanced Aesthetics | Electrolysis Specialist

With nearly three decades of hands-on experience, Kayti specialises in advanced anti-wrinkle treatments, skin lesion and mole removal, and non-surgical skin rejuvenation including polynucleotides. Her calm, ethical approach and skillset make her a highly sought-after aesthetician in East Sussex.

Kayti is especially known for her compassionate work with transgender clients, offering permanent hair removal (via electrolysis) and aesthetic support in a safe, affirming setting.
