Deborah Brown - Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a form of bodywork, a touch based therapy, where the therapist uses a light touch to connect with and listen to the inner movements and rhythms of the body. With this listening and gentle guidance through the hands of the therapist, the body shifts and moves from held patterns towards natural motion and health.
It is gentle, respectful and suitable for all ages and most conditions. People come for CST for a range of reasons from simply wanting more relaxation, to injuries, jaw/TMJ issues, pain, headaches and muscle tightness. It may also help to enhance energy and improve sleep.
