Jen Gilbert is a qualified counsellor with a BACP-accredited Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling.
She is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the Children, Young People and Families Division.
Jen works at Grey Door Therapy Clinic in Brighton and Hove, supporting young people from the age of 11 and upwards, as well as adults from all backgrounds and life experiences.

Alongside her work at Grey Door, Jen has been a counsellor at As You Are in Southwick, East Sussex for the past five years, and through this role has also provided counselling support to students at
Plumpton College, East Sussex.
In addition, Jen is the Youth Counselling Team Leader at Sussex Community Counselling within SCDA, where she previously worked as a youth counsellor for three years. These roles have given her extensive experience supporting young people and adults across a wide range of emotional and life challenges.
As part of her professional training and ongoing development, Jen has also completed the
ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) workshop in Suicide First Aid.
