therapy can be a powerful tool for improving this balance. Research shows the client/counsellor therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in creating positive change, regardless of the modality.

She has been working in mental health and social care roles for 20 years. This naturally progressed to training to be a therapist. A registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and offer 1-1 counselling sessions for adults and young people.
Jo welcomes everyone and provides an inclusive, non-judgemental, safe space for whatever it is you wish to explore in your sessions.
Using a a client-centred approach, working collaboratively with you during sessions. Jo aims to meet you
where you are on the day and to walk alongside you on your journey, placing a strong emphasis on building a trusting and open therapeutic relationship.
