Nathalie is a qualified and experienced integrative counsellor, psychotherapist, and supervisor working in private practice. She is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adheres to its ethical framework.

She offers a free short consultation, giving you the opportunity to explore whether you’d like to work together and to ask any questions you may have. During this initial meeting, she will also explain how counselling works and how it can support you.
Nathalie brings both personal and professional insight into neurodiversity, particularly ADHD and Autism. She is a trauma-informed practitioner and regularly updates her knowledge through ongoing research and training. Her professional background includes working in schools, colleges, LGBTQIA+ services, and addiction support charities.
An inclusive and affirming practitioner, Nathalie welcomes clients from all backgrounds and communities. She has experience supporting a wide range of mental and emotional health concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, bullying, and other sources of distress.
In addition to her therapy work, Nathalie teaches CPCAB counselling courses at Levels 2, 3, 4, and 6. She enjoys the diversity this role brings and takes great pride in supporting students on their journey to becoming counsellors.
