Joanna Majithia - Nutrition
Joanna is an experienced Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in digestive health, hormonal balance, weight management and optimal energy / stress management.
She has been in continual practice since graduating from The Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 2003.
She is a member of The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and registered with The Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
She is also a Registered Nutrigenomic Counsellor, with experience in interpreting DNA test results, having completed additional training in Nutrigenomics From a Functional Medicine Perspective.
Joanna uses a functional medicine approach, looking at the contributory factors to health conditions and addressing the root causes.
She offers one-to-one nutritional therapy sessions and aims to make your nutrition programme as achievable and straightforward as possible, being both collaborative and supportive. She utilises a range of diagnostic testing, when needed, to help pinpoint underlying contributory factors for more chronic health conditions and to tailor your protocol accordingly.
