Louise Burcher - Reflexologist
Louise Burcher MAR is a qualified Reflexologist, trained at Brighton City College with a VTCT level 3 diploma in reflexology in 2012. She is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.
Reflexology is a non-intrusive holistic treatment based on the principle that there are areas and points on the feet, hands, and ears that map via the nervous system to corresponding parts of the body.
When pressure is applied to these areas and points, it stimulates the movement of energy along the nerve channels, helping to restore balance in the whole body.
The benefits of a reflexology treatment go beyond relaxation. Regular treatments are proven to boost circulation, aid sleep, restore your natural balance and increase your energy levels.
Having always been fascinated by the reflexology principle that the foot is a map of the body,
Louise decided to study the practice when she was pregnant with her first child. Louise found the treatments to be incredibly beneficial during her pregnancy particularly helping with water retention and general well being.
Louise's aim is to give her clients an hour or so out of their day where they can take time to reflect.
Together, devising a restorative treatment, allowing for total relaxation and leaving you calm and balanced.
The best results come after a few sessions with at least 5 days between treatments but the benefits can be felt after just one session.
All new clients should book in for a standard session for their first time to allow for a proper consultation, tailored treatments can then be continued with afterwards.
