Katy is a qualified aromatherapist and essential oil blendologist.
Katy quite simply brings nature to you. We are increasingly disconnected from ourselves and the natural world. Plants and nature are there to help us if we just give them a chance. Katy assesses a person (as a whole) through consultation; mind and body health, taking all health matters into consideration then creates a unique blend of essential oils and carrier oils (used to dilute essential oils) for each client. Katy treats all but specialise in women’s health (including perimenopause and menopause), mind health, stress, and wellbeing, offering oil blends through rollerball tinctures. The rollerball tinctures can be self-administered by rolling onto the skin, they are absorbed by every cell in the body within 20 minutes, and nature sets to work.
Essential oils help, in states of imbalance within the mind and body and support a host of health issues from serious illness to the common cold. With mood, boosting and medicinal, healing benefits, using essential oils is an important addition to your daily health and beauty routine. Essential oils are intelligent, intuitive and encapsulates, protective, immune boosting, regenerating properties. Ancient civilizations knew this... we are just starting to reawaken!

Consultation plus bespoke oil - £50
A 45 minute consultation on all matters mind and body, to select the blend of essential oils (and carrier oils) tailored to your needs. The session will include information on how and how often to apply – as well as a 10ml rollerball tincture of your bespoke blend of essential oils to take home for self-application.
Support for 6 months - £85
Extend your Alcheme journey over 6 months to assess your changing needs over time, adjusting blends accordingly. Includes 3 consultation sessions and 3 unique blends.
