Philippa Aspey - Psychotherapist, Counsellor,

Philippa is an Integrative psychotherapist, counsellor, coach and well-being workshop facilitator in
Brighton and Hove (Safe space well-being). She has over twenty years of experience in the therapeutic field within
the voluntary, public and private sectors.
Working within an Integrative frame-work means that Philippa utilises and combines several aspects of different modalities in collaboration with her clients, in order to best meet their needs.
Philippa is incredibly warm, empathic person who can offer you a safe, confidential space in which to explore your issues, whatever they may be, at your own pace.
Philippa also works with the transpersonal if clients wish to explore
spirituality and what this means for them.
In addition to this Philippa is a singer and self-taught artist, who is passionate about using nature and creativity for healing and balance, and will weave aspects of the latter into the therapeutic process if the client wishes.
She is passionate about community, and is the a founding member of BrightSky, (www.brightsky.community) in order to help develop a different approach to the way we live.
