Alexandra Garland - Reiki
Reiki translates to Universal Life Force Energy. It is based on the belief that everything is made up of energy, including us. Therefore channeling this energy to us can help us return to our natural state of wellness. It is a similar principle to Acupuncture or Tai Chi, for instance.
It supports the Mind, Body and Soul and can help with many things including Anxiety, Depression, stress, worry, pain relief, speeding up healing, physical wellbeing and more.
During a Reiki session at the Grey Door Therapy Clinic, Brighton and Hove the client lies on a massage table fully clothed whilst the practitioner holds their hands either on or above the body.
Most often clients feel extremely relaxed when receiving this treatment and leave feeling lighter,
brighter and well rested.

About Alexandra
Alexandra takes a holistic approach working with mind, body and soul. She also offers Crystal Healing
and combined Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy (link to each of these pages if possible?)
She provides a safe, confidential, empathic space where you will always be treated with compassion and
respect.
After completing a Batchelors degree in Psychology she initially embarked on a career in marketing. During this time she began working more and more on her own healing journey exploring many modalities. She gained qualifications in those she found most beneficial and it is now her passion to share her knowledge and experience to help others.
